The human body is designed for movement. From the range of motion your shoulder, to your hips bending and your legs kicking, the body is suppose to move. Our life of convenience has destroyed our body. Sitting for long periods has turned off the posterior (back) side of your body. We have become locked in a small range of motion; we wake up, roll out of bed, walk to kitchen, sit, go to work, sit, come home from work and sit some more. The range of motion of your legs is limited to how big of a step you take when one walks. Everyone needs to get the movement the body is capable of, back. This is primarily done with movement, but incorporates nutrition, body work and rest. So come on, get a body of action!
